MODEL 612SB CLAMSHELL
Model 612SB is a split-frame OD mounting pipe lathe for severing or severing and beveling in-line pipe from 8.625” (219.1mm) to 12.750” (323.9mm). Each lathe is available with two types of radial auto- feed tool module sets. The lathe requires adjustable clamping pads to allow the op- erator to compensate for out-of-round pipe. Clamping pads are size specific and purchased sep- arately. The drive system utilizes a torque accepting flange, which allows for optimum clearance positioning of the drive motor. Pneumatic, electric and hydraulic powered split frames available. Max wall thickness for electric powered 612SB: .330” (8.4mm).
