MODEL 606SB CLAMSHELL

Model 606SB is a split-frame OD mounting pipe lathe for severing or severing and beveling in-line pipe from 2.375” (60.3mm) to 6.625” (168.3mm). Each lathe is available with two types of radial auto- feed tool module sets. The lathe requires adjustable clamping pads to allow the operator to compensate for out-of-round pipe. Clamping pads are size specific and purchased separately. The drive system utilizes a torque accepting flange which allows for optimum clearance positioning of the drive motor. Pneumatic, electric and hydraulic powered split frames available. Max wall thick- ness for electric powered 606SB: 0.280” (7.1mm).
