MODEL 300 MICROFACER TUBE SQUARING SYSTEM

Model 300 MICROFACER tube squaring system for squaring of tubing for autogenous welding in confined spaces. The tool will face tube from .125” (3.17mm) to .750” (19.05mm) OD with a wall thickness up to .125” (3.17mm). The tool, with a head thickness of 1.13” (28.70mm) only requires that the centerline of the tubing is .562” (14.27mm) away from a surface such as the back panel of a gas cabinet. The tool mounts with a fixed saddle and movable jaw clamping system. A cam system feeds the spindle into the tube for cutting and auto-retracts to prevent damage to the tube that has been cut and to be ready for mounting to the next tube. Saddles are size specific and are sold separately.
